Adult
Day Treatment Unit (ADTU) Partial Hospitalization
Eligibility:
- Adults with serious and persistent mental illness
Goals:
- To increase consumer and family involvement and self -determination
about service delivery.
- To increase or maintain level of functioning.
- To promote ability to use community resources.
- To promote normalized actions and improved quality of life in
various areas of daily living.
Services:
- Intake assessment
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Placement in treatment groups
- Linkage to vocational, education, and job readiness/training
resources
Locations:
Hours:
- Clients attend a minimum of three days per week for five hours
