Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS)
Eligibility:
- Adults with serious and persistent mental illness
- Applications for this service are made to the central authority
Access to Alternative Services (AAS) and referrals to our facilities
come from this entity
Goals:
- To enable residents/clients to become as independent as possible
in residential and community functioning.
Services:
- Integrated program of housing, personal assistance and psychosocial
rehabilitation services
- Maximum Care group home with 24 hour staffing – capacity
for 19 adults
- Moderate Care site where residents share apartments –
Capacity for nine adults
- Men and women reside at each site.

Hours:
- Residents are supported by staff 8 hours/day on weekdays.
